Lipman d/b/a Phoenix Restoration Number Term,2001 Contractor Whereas, the Owner is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with said contractor, a partnership organized and existing under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, for the General Construction work located within the lot ofland situate in the Borough of Carlisle, County of Cumberland and being known and addressed as 131 West Pomfret Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013 and as is described further on the attached deed. Now, Therefore, on Febrnary 6, 2001, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owner to the said contractor to commence work on the said project, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with the said contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar paid to the said contractor by the said owner, it is agreed that no mechanic's claims or other liens shall be filed against the building and/or ground appurtenant thereto by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased or furnished in connection with the construction ofthe said project or any part thereof, the rightto file such liens being expressly waived and relinquished herewith.
