FOR VALUE RECEIVED, I; l\Iadeem A. Khan, (the "Debtor") promise to pay to the order of
fJ",i",t,'f(-., Cumberland County Industrial Development Authority (the "CCIDA")
THE SUM OF Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($5,000.00), with interest at the rate of 0%
per annum, said sum to be payable as follows: Eighty-thre4and 33/100 Dollars ($83.33) on
the ,8m day of II/I,l>F>t, 2003, and on the gT day of each and every month
thereafter until the 8114 day of ~~ 2008, on which date the entire balance of
the principal then unpaid shall become du a d payable.
UPON FAILURE to make any payments as herein agreed or any default under the terms of a
Loan Agreement entered into between Debtor and the CCIDA of this same date, this Note
shall, at the option of the CCIDA, become immediately due and payable, without demand or
notice.
AND FURTHER, Debtor does hereby authorize and empower the Prothonotary or any attorney
of any Court of Record in Pennsylvania or elsewhere, to appear for and confess judgment for
any sums due and payable hereon, with or without declaration, with costs of suit, release of
errors, without stay of execution; with 10% added for attorney's fees; and also waive the
right of inquisition on any real estate that may be levied upon to collect this Note; and do
hereby voluntarily condemn the same and authorize the Prothonotary to enter said voluntary
condemnation upon any Fieri Facias that may be issued to collect said judgment; and further
agree that said estate may be sold on a Fieri Facias, and do hereby waive and release all relief
from any and all appraisement, stay of execution, exemption or bankruptcy laws of this or any
other state now in force or hereafter to be passed.

DISCLOSURE FOR CONFESSION OF JUDGMENT
This ~ day of ~IZ--y ,2001, I/we am/are executing a Judgment Note in the
amount of Five Th~100 Dollars ($5,000.00), obligating me/us to repay that
amount plus interest thereon.
I/We understand that the Note contains wording that would permit the Cumberland County
Industrial Development Authority or the holder of the Note, to enter judgment against me/us
at the courthouse, whether or not said Note is in default, without prior notice to me/us and
without offering me/us an opportunity to defend against the entry of judgment, and that the
judgment maybe collected by any legal means if I/we default in the Note or when it is due.
In executing the Note, I/we am/are knowingly, understandingly, and voluntarily waiving my/our
rights to resist the entry of judgment against me/us at the courthouse, and am/are consenting
to the confession of judgment.
I/We certify that my/our annual income exceeds $10,000, that the blanks in the Disclosure
were filled in when I/we initialed and signed it, and that I/we received a copy of the Disclosure
at the time of signing.
