'.~~ , "EXHIBIT A" BEGINNING at a point on the northern side of Daria Road on the lot side of a proposed sidewalk at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 10 and 9 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; thence along said dividing line between lots Nos. 10 and 9, North 25 degrees 9 minutes West, a distance of 106.80 feet to a point at lands now or formerly of John H. (Jr.) and Linda C. Rowe; thence along said latter lands and lands now or formerly of Ralph C. and Doris C.
