The name(s) of the owner(s) of the property against which this claim is filed is (are): Paul H. Seibert and Jerelynn L. Seibert. 3. The property against which this claim is filed is situate in Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and is more fully described in Cumberland County Deed Book "Q", Volume 29, Page 964, Tax Parcel No. 39-37-2092-027. The address of the property is 65 Cleversburg Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257. 4. This claim for lighting assessment and rates is filed under and by virtue of Section 3301 of the Second Class Township Code. 5. Said lighting assessment and rates were charged for the year 1999.
