forth the following:
SPECIFICATIONS OF CLAIM

a municipality located in the County of Cumberland, State of
Pennsylvania.
2. The name(s) of the owner(s) of the property against
which this claim lS fi~ed is (are): Richard N. Walker, Jr. and
Susan A. Walker.
3. The prope+ty against which this claim is filed is
situate in Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
and is more fully.described in Cumberland County Deed Book "X",
Volume 34, Page 176, Tax Parcel No. 39-36-2436-018. The address
of the property is 49 Carla Drive, Shippensburg, PA 17257.
4. This claim for lighting assessment and rates is filed
under and by virtue of Section 3301 of the Second Class Township
Code.
5. Said lighting assessment and rates were charged for the
year 1999.
