MUNICIPAL CLAIM FOR SEWER
The Borough of Camp Hill, Curnberland County, Pennsylvania by and through its
solicitor, Donn L. Snyder, Esquire, hereby files its claim for unpaid sewer charges and set forth
its clairn as follows:
Statement of Claim
1. The name of the municipality by which this clairn is filed is the Borough of Camp
Hill, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with offices located at 2145
Walnut Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. The name or names ofthe owner or owners, or reputed owner or owners of the
property against which this clairn is filed are Stanton R Kapp, III and Laura S, Kapp,
3. A description of the property against which this claim is filed is the house and
property known as and numbered 2148 Yale Avenue, Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
4. The claim for collection ofthese unpaid amounts is based upon the Municipal
Claims Act, 53 P,S, S 71Ol, et seq,
5. All acts, conditions, events and things required to be done under and by the
Borough of Camp Hill have been done and performed in due and legal form so as to entitled the
Borough of Camp Hill to a lien for the payment of the amounts for which this claim is filed,
