Wilson, of Cumberland County, Peunsylvania, entered into a contract with Bonnie Heights Homes, Inc" of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to provide materials and perform labor necessary for completion of a residential dwelling situate upon lot of ground located: 2348 Walnut Bottom Road, Carlisle, PA 17013, Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, PENNSYL VANIA, as more particularly set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof. This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided. I, ~ "EXHIBIT A" L ALL THAT CERTAlN tract of land with any improvements thereon erected, situate in DICKINSON TOWNSHIP, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, numbered and described in accordance with Plan of "Pleasant View" recorded in the hereinafter named Recorder's Office in Plan Book 4, Page 60, as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southern right-of-way line of 50 foot wide Pennsylvania Route 33, known as Walnut Bottom Road, which point at the place of beginning is at the dividing line between land now or formerly of George W. Weitzel and land now or formerly of William A. McLaughlin; thence from said point at the place of beginning along said dividing line, South one (1) degree thirty-one (31) minutes West, a distance of two hundred thirty_two (232) feet, more or less, to a point at line of land now or formerly of George W.
