BEGINNING at a point marked by a railroad spike in the center of a public road
known as Neil Road, also known as Legislative Route #21050, at the corner of Lot
No.2 on the hereinafter-described subdivision plan; thence along the said Lot
No.2 through an iron pin set thirty (30) feet from the property corner North
