dividing line, South 88 degrees 33 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 100.00 fuet to a point at
the dividing line of Lot No. 39 and lands herein descnoed. Thence by said dividing line, North 01
degree 26 minutes 54 seconds West a distance of 80.00 feet to a point at the dividing line of Lot
