This cause of action arose in Cleveland, Ohio inasmuch as the advertisements which are the subject matter ofthis lawsuit were placed in a newspaper of general circulation in Cleveland, Ohio. 2. The Defendant, Hoop-Net Tour Productions, Inc., is indebted to Plaintiff on an account for advertising services in the amount of $3,739.10. Attached hereto as Exhibit "A" are copies of statements totaling the outstanding balance due and owing. Additionally, attached hereto as Exhibit "B" is Plaintiffs Affidavit attesting to the balance, 3. Although due demand has been made upon the Defendant to liquidate the balance due and owing, the Defendant has failed to do so.
