NOW, March 6. , 2001, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said_
Baron II to the said Pvramid
Construction Services. Inc. to commence work on the said building, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with
Pvramid Construction Services. Inc. and the further consideration of One
Dollar, to Pvramid Construction. Services. Inc. . paid by Baron II
it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the
Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any
other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the addition to said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived

Cumberland Count)', Pennsylv!l.nia, shown as Lot No. 1 as a PreliminarylFiilal
Resubdivision Plan of Market Plaza, dated November 15,1988 and revised F"ebmary 6,
1989, as recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 57, Page 129, more particularly
