STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Randy Kaplan and Giovanna Scandariato , adult individuals, of Enol a,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, the owner of the property described on Exhibit "A" (the
"Owners"), are about to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with Ridgeview Custom
Homes, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, having its principal office at 945 Ridge
Road, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, 17257, (the "Contractor"), for work and materials related to a
home upon a lot ofland situate in Lisbum Meadows North, Phase I, Monroe Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof ',~.,
NOW THEREFORE, this ~+Ir, day of '(l\q{'c'n ,2001, at the time of and
immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been
given by the Owners to the Contractor to commence work on the said home, or purchase
materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with the Owners and the
further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) to the Contractor paid by the Owners, IT IS
AGREED that no lien shall be filed against the building and real estate by the Contractor, or any
subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person, for any labor or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased, for the construction of said home, the
right to file such liens being expressly waived hereby.
