For the crection of a building upon a lot of land situate
In East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly
being known as Lot No. 40, on the Final Subdivision Plan for Whelan Crossing, Phase V & IX, recorded
in Plan Book 78, Page l08.

It is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor,
nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for a..'1y labor, or materials purchased, or
extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.
