WAIVER OF LIENS
WHEREAS, Marko Radosavljevic and Kellie J. Radosavljevic, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, entered
into a contract with Fred Tiday, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to provide materials and perform labor
necessary for completion of a residential dwelling situate upon lot of ground located:
Lot 117 Joel Drive, Mechanicsburg, P A 17055, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, PENNSYLVANIA,
as more particularly set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor under this contract shall
file a lien for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (l) days after date, in
accordance with the requirements of the Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and seals this 9th day of March,
2001.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or lot of land, together with improvements, situated in
Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on Eastern right-of-way line of Joel Drive (50.00 feet wide), said point
being located at the Southwestern comer of Lot No. 118 of Phase ill; thence along the Southern
boundary line of said Lot No. U8, and through a 15.00 foot wide drainage easement, North
seventy (70) degrees forty-five (45) minutes thirty-four (34) seconds East, for a distance of
107.23 feet, to a point in line of other lands of Good Hope Farms South; then along said other
lands, and through said 15.00 foot wiele drainage easement, South twenty-seven (27) degrees
twenty-nine (29) minutes forty-five (45) seconds East, for a distance of 101.45 feet, to a point at
the Northeastern comer of Lot No. 116; then along the Northern boundary line of Lot No. 116,
South sixty-two (62) degrees thirty (30) minutes fifteen (15) seconds West, for a distance of
110.00 feet, to a point on the Eastern right-of-way line of Joel Drive (50.00 feet wide); then
along said right-of-way line North twenty-seven (27) degrees twenty-nine (29) minutes forty-five
(45) seconds West, for a distance of 63.00 feet, to a point on the arc of a circle curving to the
right, having a radius of 400.00 feet, and an arc length of 54.03 feet, to a point and the place of
BEGINNING.
THIS piece, parcel or lot of land contains approximately 11,966.35 square feet of land, has an
address of 509 Joel Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055, and is known and numbered as
Lot No.. 117 on the Final Subdivision Plan for Good Hope Farms South-Phase IV, which is
recorded in Cumberland County in Plan Book 79, Page 90.
BEING PART OF the same premises which Thomas W. Gaughen, d/b/a TWG Real Estate
Management Services, by Deed bearing date the 5th day of October, 1994, and recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on the 5th day of
October, 1994, in Deed Book U2, Page 1058, granted and conveyed unto The McNaughton
Company, a Pennsylvania Corporation.
