The plaintiff is an adult individual residing at 303 East Willow Street, ElizabethtoWll, Pennsylvania. 2. Defendant, Dustin Treaster, is an adult individual re,siding at 470 Lewisberry Road, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania 17070. 3 . The facts and occurrences, hereinafter related, took place on or about April 6, 2000 at the Qualitech Computer Center parking lot in Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 4. At the time and place aforesaid, Plaintiff was the owner of a 1987 Ford Ranger, which was then and there parked and unoccupied on the parking lot of Qualitech Computer Center. 5. At the time and place aforesaid, Defendant did unlawfully break into the Plaintiff's vehicle and stole the stereo system from Plaintiff's vehicle, as well as damaging the vehicle. 6. As a result of the Plaintiff's theft and malicious actions, Plaintiff sustained damages to his vehicle and stereo system which necessitated in repairs totaling One Thousand, One Hundred Sixty-one and 60/100 ($1,161.60) Dollars. o ." - <. ,""'",,' , ',' .
