the said building, or purchase materils fO~. the same in consideration ofthe making of the
said contract with Michael L. Martin, Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar, to
Michael L. Martin, Inc. paid by Mich el L, Martin, Inc., it is agreed that no lien shall be
filed against the building by the co trac\or, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the
material men or workmen or any othler p~rson for any labor, or materials purchased, or

liens being expressly waived.

to below as "Grandon Fanns, Planned Community", located in Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, which has heretofore been submitted to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Unifonn
