The Plaintiff, Michelle Mullin, by and through her attorney, Joan Carey of MidPenn Legal
Services, moves the Court for an Order generally continuing the Emergency Protection From Abuse
Order in the above-captioned case on the grounds that:
l. An Emergency Protection From Abuse Order was issued by District Justice Thomas
A. Placey on March 20, 2001.
2. Patrolman Troy McNair served Defendant with a certified copy of the Emergency
Protection From Abuse Order at his residence located at 117 Cricket Lane, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
3. The Plaintiff has scheduled the next available appointment with MidPenn Legal
Services one March 22, 200l, to file a Temporary Protection From Abuse.
4. The Plaintiff requests that the Emergency Protection From Abuse Order remain in
effect until further Order of Court.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff requests that the Court grant this Motion and continue this
matter generally, and that the Emergency Protection From Abuse Order remain in effect until further
Order of Court..

l. An Emergency Protection Order was issued by this Court on March 20, 2001 by
District Justice Thomas Placey.
2. Patrolman Troy McNair served Defendant with a certified copy of the Emergency
Protection From Abuse Order at his residence located at ll7 Cricket Lane, Camp
Hill, Pennsylvania.
3. A Continuance was filed in the above captioned matter on March 2l, 200l,
continuing the Emergency Protection From Abuse Order until further Order of
court.
4. At this time Plaintiff requests that the Emergency Order entered on March 20,
2001, be vacated and the matter be dismissed without prejudice.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests that the Court grant the relief requested and
vacate the Order without prejudice.
