1. The Plaintiff; Whisler's Well Drilling (hereinafter referred to as "Plaintiff'), of 366-1
Green Spring Road, Newville, Pennsylvania, doing business in the City of Newville, in the County of
Cmnberland, Co=onwealth of Pennsylvania, by its attorneys, ABOM & KUIULAKIS, claims of the
Defendant, Linda MGoodling, the StUll of $783.60, with interest thereon from the 6th day of
November, 2000, which is justly due and payable to the said Plaintiff; by the said Defendant, upon the
cause of action whereof the followingis a statement
2. The Defendant, Linda M Goodling, is an individual residing at 922 Pine Road, Carlisle,
County of Cumberland, and Co=onwe3ltb. of Pennsylvania.
3. On or about July 2000, the Defendant contracted with Plaintiff to restore water service
to Defendant's home.
4. Plaintiff replaced a water pmnp and did restore water service to Defendant
5. Plaintiff performed the above-described services on or about July, 2000 , and Defendant
was billed $1,905.72 by invoice #2500 July 7, 2000. (See, Invoice #2500 attached hereto as ExhibitA).
6. The StUll or amount of the afuresaid materials and labor owed by the said Defendant to
Plaintiff is $783.60.

7. Defendant submitted a claim to her homeowners insurance company, State Fann
Insumnce.
8. Pursuant to Defendant's request, on or about August 21, 2000, Plaintiff submitted the
invoice to State Fann Insumnce via facsimile.
9. On or about November 2, 2000, Plaintiff received a payment in the amount $1,122.12
from State Fann .
10. As a result of the November 2, 2000, payment, Defendant owes a balance of $783.60.
11. To date, other than the November 2, 2000, State Fann Insurance payment, no amount
has ever been paid by the Defendant to the Plaintiff; and that $783.60 plus interest from the ~ day of
July, 2000, is owing, unpaid, and due from the Defendant to the Plaintiff
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests This Honorable Court to enter judgment against
Defendant in the amount of $783.60 plus interests, costs and attorneys fees.
