Defendants at the time this action is brought are still unlawfully and willfully retaining possession of said premises and continue to do so and have detained and continue to detain and keep the Plaintiff out of possession thereof and refuse to vacate and deliver up the said premises to Plaintiff, though requested by Plaintiff to do so. 7.
