COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff, FISHER AUTO PARTS, INC., by its attorneys, KNUPP, KODAK & IMBLUM, P.C., brings this action of
Assumpsit against the Defendants to recover the sum ofTEN THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED ELEVEN DOLLARS AND FORTY-FOUR
CENTS ($10,911.44), along with interest thereon at the rate of (1 v,%) percent per month from March 1,2001, upon a cause of action of
which the following is a statement
1. The Plaintiff, FISHER AUTO PARTS, INC., is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the
Commonwealth of Virginia, having its principal office and place of business at 512 Greenville Avenue, Staunton, Virginia 24401.
2. The Defendant, AUTOCAMP, INC. (hereinafter referred to as "Autocamp"), is a corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, having its principal office and place of business at 3609 Hartzdale Drive, Camp
Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania l70ll.
3. The Defendant, STEPHEN F. HAMMOND, is an adult individual, with an address at 3609 Hartzdale Drive, Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 170 II.

4. Plaintiff incorporates Paragraphs 1 through 3 inclusive, as if fully aud at leugth set forth herein.
5. au the dates, in the amounts, aud for the prices set forth in Plaintiff's Invoices, Plaintiff, at the special instauce aud oral
request ofthe Defeudaut, Autocamp, sold aud delivered goods, wares aud merchaudise to Defendant, Autocamp.
6. Plaintiff's Invoices are not attached to this pleading due to the voluminous nature of same, Said Invoices will be made
available to Defendant, Autocamp, or Defendant's Counsel for inspection aud copying in Plaintiff's attorney's offices upon written request
by Defendaut, Autocamp, or Defendaut's Counsel to Plaintiff's Counsel.
7. The prices charged for said goods, wares aud merchaudise were just and reasouable, were the legal aud market prices
therefor aud were the prices which the Defendaut, Autocamp, orally promised aud agreed to pay Plaintiff therefor.
8. Defendaut, Autocamp, become entitled to certain credits, aud paid certain sums ofmouey to Plaintiff, against the charges
aforementioned, aud Plaintiff's Statemeut of Account set forth said credits aud payments in full detail. A true aud correct copy of Plaintiff's
Statements of Account are attached hereto, marked collectively as Exhibit "A" aud made a part hereof.
9, Due to Defendant, Autocamp's, default in payment of said amount due aud owing as aforesaid, aud pursuaut to the terms
aud conditions of Plaintiff's Credit Application completed aud executed by Defendaut, Autocamp, by its President, interest has been added
to said account as more fully set forth on Plaintiff's Statement of Accouut referenced hereinabove as Exhibit" A" aud made a part hereof,
10. The balauce due aud owing to Plaintiff as set forth on Plaintiffs Exhibit "A" attached hereto audmade a part hereof is
the sum of Nine Thousaud, Ninety-Two Dollars aud Eighty-Seven Cents ($9,092.87).

11. Due to Defendant, Autocamp's, default in payment of said amount due and owing as aforesaid, and pursuant to the terms
and conditious of Plaintiffs Credit Application completed and executed by Defendant, Autocamp, by its President, attomey's fees have
been added to said account in the amount of One Thousand, Eight Hundred Eighteen Dollars and Fifty-Seven Cents ($1,818.57).
12. The balance due and owing by Defendant, Autocamp, to Plaintiff is the sum ofTen Thousand, Nine Hundred Eleven
Dollars and Forty-Four Cents ($10,911.44).
13. Plaintiff has frequently demanded payment from Defendant, Autocamp, of said amount due and owing as aforesaid, but
Defendant, Autocamp, has refused and neglected and still refuses and neglects to pay said amount of any part thereof.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff brings this suit to recover from Defendant, Autocamp, the sum ofTen Thousand, Nine Hundred Eleven
Dollars and Forty-Four Cents ($10,911.44), together with interest thereon at the rate of one and one-half (1 y,%) percent per month from
March 1, 2001.

14. Plaintiff incorporates Paragraphs 1 through 13 inclusive, as iffully and at length set forth herein.
15. On or about May I, 1997, in order to induce Plaintiff to extend credit for the purchase of goods, wares and merchandise
to a corporation known as Autocamp, Defendant, Stephen F. Hammond, did execute a personal Guarantee, thereby unconditionally
guaranteeing payment of the full indebtedness of Autocamp to Plaintiff, together with all costs, expenses and attorney's fees incurred by
Plaintiff. A true and correct copy of said Guarantee is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "C" and made a part hereof.
16. As set forth more fully in Count 1 hereinabove, Defendant, Autocamp, has defaulted in payment of its obligations to
Plaintiff, thereby creating the liability of Defendant, Stephen F. Hammond.

] 7. The total due and owing by Defendant, Stephen F. Hammond, to Plaintiff is the sum of Ten Thousand, Nine Hundred
Eleven Dollars and Forty-Four Cents ($]0,911.44).
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff brings this suit to recover from Defendants the sum ofTen Thousand, Nine Hundred Eleven Dollars and
Forty-Four Cents ($10,9] 1.44), together with interest thereon atthe rate of one and one-half (I \1,%) percent per month from March ], 2001.
