MOTION FOR HEARING
AND NOW, this 2 May 2003, the Petitioner, A. Thomas Ditlow, by and through his
attorneys, COYNE & COYNE, P.C., avers the following:
1. The Petitioner was served with a Notice of License Suspension dated April 2,
2003 (copy of notice attached);
2. The Petitioner filed an appeal of the DUS-DUI conviction and is hopeful he will
be acquitted on appeal;
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner respectfully requests this Honorable Court to schedule a
De Novo Hearing and sustain the Petitioners objection to the official Notice of Suspension.

violating Section 15qSB of the Vehicle Code DRVNG UNDR
ALCHOL REL SUS on 12/09/2002:
Your driving privilege is SUSPENDED fop a pepiod of 1
YEAR(S) effective 10/08/2005 at 12:01 a.m.
This suspension is in addition to any other suspensions
already on your record.
PROVIDING PROOF OF INSURANCE
Within the last 50 days of your suspension/revocation, we
will send you a !etter asking that you provide proof of
insurance at that time. This letter will list acceptable
documents and what will be needed if you do not own a vehicle
registered in Pennsylvania.
Zmportant: Please make sure that PennDOT is notified if you
move from your current address. You may notify PennDOT of
your address change by calling any of the phone numbers
listed at the end of this letter.

You have the right to appeal this action to the Court of
Common Pleas {Civil Division) within $0 days of the mail
date, APRIL 02, 2003, of this lettero If you file an appeal
in the County Court, the Court will give you a time-stamped
