KASMAN MARSHA (R) 717 728 8812
4183 COVE CT #106 ALSO REPORTED DISTURBANCE IN APT #105
COMMENTS: I WAS DISPATCHED TO 4183 COVE CT APt 105 FOR A
DOMESTIC BETWEEN BROTHERS. KIRK CALLED 911 CLAIMED
HE WAS ASSAULTED BY HIS BROTHER JA-ZED. I SPOKE TO
BOTH KIRK ~~ JARED NO ASSAULT TOOK PLACE JUST
ALOT OF SHOVING AND YELLING. THE THO OF THEM GOT
INTO OVER THE USE OF TELEPHONE. LISA COLWELL THE
MOTHER OF THE ABOVE two RETURNED HOME JUST AS I
WAS TELLING JARED HE SHOULD LEAVE AND ONLY COME
TO VISIT ~dEN HIS MOTHER WAS HOME TO KEEP THE
PEACE MRS COLWELL AGREED AND ALSO TOLD JARED HE
SHOULD GO HOME. KIRK WAS STILL VERY ANGRY DURING
THE TIME I WAS AND I HAD TO TELL HIM A COUPLE OF
TIMES TO SETTLE DOWN AND EVENTUALLY TOLD HIM TO
GO TO HIS ROOM UNTIL HIS BROTHER LEFT. I THAN LEFT
THE APARTMENT AND WAITED OUTSIDE TO MAKE SURE
JARED DID IN FACT LEAVE. I RECEIVED A SECOND CALL
FROM KASMAN WHO LIVES UNDERNEATH THE COLWELLS WHO
WANTED TO LET US KNOW THAT THINGS HAD FIRED UP
AGAIN. I OBSERVED JARED DEPARTING THE APARTMENT
ABOUT THE SAME TIME AND SPOKE BRIEFLY WITH HIM
TELLING HIM HE WAS 20 YRS OLD AND SHOULD GROW UP
STOP ACTING LIKE A KID I ALSO TOLD HIM I ALREADY
GOT A NOISE COMPLIANT IN THE FEW MINUTES I WAS
GONE HE REPLIED IT WAS JUST THE NIEGHBOR LIKE
IT WAS NOTHING TO BE CONCERNED WITH.
NOTE:KASMlu~ CALLED THE FIRST TIME WHILE I WAS
ALREADY ENROUTE FROM THE CALL PLACED BY KIRK.
KASMAN FIRST CALL INDICATED THAT A MAJOR BATTLE
WAS GOING ON ABOVE HER.

COMMENTS: COLWELL COMPLAINING ABOUT LOUD NOISE COMING FROM
APT. #106 BELOW HER TV VERY LOUD AND BANGING ON
WALLS ECT.. THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM WITH
KASEMAN APT #106 USUALLY THE ONE COMPLAINING ABOUT
COLWELLS APT #105 MAKING TO MUCH NOISE. I STOOD
OUTSIDE THE DOOR OF APT #106 AND COULD NOT HEAR
ANY UNREASONABLE NOISE COMING FROM THAT APT. I
SPOKE TO COLWELL AND TOLD HER I WOULD DO WHAT I
COULD. I SPOKE TO KASEMAN REQUESTING THAT SHE BE
CONSIDERATE OF HER NEIGHBOR AND KEEP THE NOISE
DOWN. KASEMAN JUST TRIED TO BLAME THIS ON HER
MAKING COMPLIANTS ABOUT COLWELL AND THIS BEING
HER WAY OF GETTING BACK AT HER. I TOLD KASEMAN
. CERTAIN NOISES ARE TO BE EXPECTED WHEN YOU LIVE
IN AN APARTMENT AND BOTH NEED TO BE MORE TOLERATE
OF REASONABLE DAY TO DAY LIVING TYPE NOISE.
