STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Ronald M. Mixell and Judy E. Bolyard of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Norm Elam, for
the execution of a home situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described on the attached Exhibit A.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to commence work on the
said building, or purchase materials for the same, in consideration of the rnaking of the said
contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar, to be paid to Contractor, it
is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any Sub-Contractor,
nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or rnaterials
purchased, or extra labor or rnaterials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL that tract of ground located in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania bounded and described as folllows:
BEGINNING at the middle line of Hoy Road (Township Road 498) at a point between Tract
No. 1 and Tract No. 2 of the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, thence along Tract No.1
North 88 degrees 48 minutes 29 seconds East a distance of 274.75 feet to a point; thence
along the same North 07 degrees 50 minutes 1 second West a distance of 221.84 feet; thence
along lands now or formerly of Richard E. and Bonnie L. Miller North 81 degrees 54
minutes 08 seconds East a distance of 537.67 feet to an iron pin; thence along lands now or
formerly of Brett A. and Franceska A. Deimler South 57 degrees 35 minutes 52 seconds East
a distance of 106.98 feet; thence along lands now or formerly of Kenneth L. and Karen L.
Sturn South 05 degrees 05 minutes 33 seconds East a distance of 364.64 feet; thence along
lands now or formerly of Nicholas R. Orth and lands now or formerly of Christopher J. and
Catherine D. Orth North 86 degrees 49 minutes 11 seconds West a distance of 852.76 feet to
a point in the centerline of the mentioned Hoy Road; thence along the centerline of Hoy
Road North 33 degrees 41 minutes 51 seconds West a distance of 86.53 feet to a point, being
the Place of Beginning.
BEING Tract No. 2 of the Final Subdivision Plan for Kathryn E. Mixell as recorded in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 82, Page 107.
