STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this go day of March 2001, by and
between Colebrook Construction Company, ~ereinafter referred to as
Contractor,
AND
Robert P. Yockin and Jamie L. Yockin, husband and wife, hereinafter
referred to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed
to erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot of ground
situate in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit "A" which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof known as 329 West Meadow
Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said

them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel ofland situate in Upper Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern dedicated right of way Jine of West Meadow
Drive, said point being on the dividing line between Lot Nos. 135 and 132 on the
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence continuing along the eastern dedicated
right of way line of West Meadow Drive North 42 degrees 32 minutes 39 second East
one hundred twelve and eighty-eight one-hundredths (112.88) feet to a point; thence
continuing along same on a curve to the right having a radius of twelve and zero
one-hundredths (12.00) feet, an arc length of eighteen and ninety-eight one-
hundredths (18.98) feet, to a point on the western dedicated right of way line of
South Meadow Drive; thence continuing along same South 48 degrees 03 minutes 59
seconds East one hundred nineteen and twenty-nine one-hundredths (119.29) feet to
a point on the dividing line between Lot Nos. 135 and 134 on the hereinafter
mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said dividing line South 41 degrees 56
minutes 01 seconds West one hundred twenty-five and zero one-hundredths (125.00)
feet to a point on the dividing line between Lot Nos. 135 and 132 on the hereinafter
mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said dividing line North 48 degrees 03 minutes
59 seconds West one hundred thirty-two and seventy-five one-hundre~ths (132.75)
feet to a point on the eastern dedicated right of way line of West Meaaow Drive, the
Place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises which Robert P. Y ockin, by Deed dated August 23, 1994,
which Deed is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County in Deed Book 110, page 816, granted and conveyed to Robert
P. Y ockin and Jamie Y ockin, husband and wife, Borrowers herein.
