Beall, Bozeman, Montana 59715, concurs in this request as evidenced by the Stipulation for Custody dated September 22, 2000, and as entered as an Order of Court on October 17, 2000. A true and correct copy of said Order and Stipulation is attached hereto as Exhibit A and is incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full. 4.
