The name of the municipality by which this claim is flied is the Borough of Camp Hill, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with offices located at 2145 Walnut Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. The name or names of the owner or owners, or reputed owner or owners of the property against which this claim is filed is Philip A. Lowe. 3. A description of the property against which this claim is flied is the house and property known as and numbered 2103 Logan Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 4. The claim for collection of these unpaid amounts is based upon the Municipal Claims Act, 53 P.S. 97101, et seq. 5. The sewer rate was charged for sewer service furnished to the above-described property connected to the Borough of Camp Hill sanitary sewer system during the period from 1999 through present (4 periods). 7. The amount of the charges due under this claim are as follows: a. sewer charge at $120 per year in $60 bi-annual payments $240.00 b. sewer penalty and interest 30.28 c.
