STIPULATION FOR AN AGREED ORDER OF CUSTODY
The parties hereto have given considerable thought to the question of
custody of their minor child, CHRISTOPHER ERIC BAKER, and to the manner in
which the child's interests may best be served. Because of the child's age and
the need for continuity in his schedule, the parties have made the following
Agreement:

by and between KIMBERLY C. BAKER, hereinafter referred to as "Mother," and
SCOTT GRISSINGER, hereinafter referred to as "Father."
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the parties hereto are the natural parents of one minor child,
CHRISTOPHER ERIC BAKER, born August 31, 2000; and

WHEREAS, the parties have come to an agreement concerning the issue
of child custody; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire that this Stipulation be entered as an Order
by the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania;
NOW THEREFORE, intending to be legally bound, the parties hereby
stipulate and agree as follows:
LEGAL CUSTODY
1. Mother shall have primary legal custody of the parties' minor child,
CHRISTOPHER ERIC BAKER, legal custody being defined as the legal right to
make major decisions affecting the upbringing of the child, including but not
limited to medical, religious, and educational decisions. On any decisions that
require joint input, the parties agree to discuss and consult with one another with
a view to adopting a harmonious policy calculated to promote the child's best
interests.
2. Father has a right to be kept informed of the child's educational and
medical development, and shall have a right of access to the child's educational
and medical records. Father shall be entitled to complete and full information
concerning the child from Mother and from any doctor, dentist, teacher or similar

authority, and to have copies of any reports, notices or other communications
given to either party as a parent.
3. Each party shall notify the other of any matter relating to the child,
which could reasonably be expected to be of significant concern to the other
party.
PHYSICAL CUSTODY
4, Mother shall have primary physical custody of the minor child,
primary custody being defined as the right to have actual physical possession
and control ofthe minor child. Father shall have reasonable rights of visitation,
visitation being defined as the right to visit a child, but does not include the right
to remove the child from the custodial parent's control. The parties agree that
Father's rights regarding visitation of the minor child shall be at such times and at
such places as are mutually agreed by the parties.
5, During any period of physical custody, whether primary, partial or
visitation, the parties to this Order shall not possess or use any controlled
substances, neither shall they consume alcoholic beverages to the point of
intoxication. The parties shall likewise assure, to the extent possible, that other
household members and guests comply with this prohibition.
6. The parties have agreed not to be bound by a set custody schedule
regarding holidays. Rather, they will discuss and cooperate with each other

regarding all holidays including, but not limited to, Easter, Independence Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day. All custody regarding holidays
shall be by mutual agreement by and between the parties.
7. It is the intention of the parties that this Stipulation serve primarily
as a guide for custody. The parties agree to work with each other to
accommodate the other party's request for additional periods of custody not
outlined in this Agreement.
WHEREFORE, the parties request that this Stipulation be entered as an
Order of the Court.
