STIPULATION FOR CUSTODY
AND NOW, Chrisha Lynn Buck (hereinafter "Mother") and Peggy and Stephen Buck
(hereinafter "Grandparents") enter into a custody agreement in the best interests of the minor
child, Ryan Austyn Buck, with a date of birth of Apri112, 2001 as follows:
WHEREAS, Chrisha Lynn Buck is the natural parent of Ryan Austyn Buck (hereafter
Child"); and
WHEREAS, Peggy G. Buck and Stephen H. Buck are the rnatemal grandparents of the
Child; and
WHEREAS, the father of the child is unknown; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to enter into a formal custody arrangement in order to best
provide for the child, including the provision of medical insurance.
THEREFORE:
1. The parties shall share legal custody of the child. The parties agree that major
decisions concerning the child, including, but not necessarily limited to, the child's health,
welfare, education, religious training and upbringing shall be rnade by them joindy, after
discussion and consultation with each other, with a view toward obtaining and following a

harmonious policy in the child's best interest. Each party agrees not to impair the other party's
rights to shared legal custody of the child.
2. Grandparents shall have primary physical custody of the child and Mother shall
exercise partial custody ofthe child as the parties agree.
3. This Custody Stipulation shall be submitted to the Court for entry of an Order.
