as Lot No. 71 in Section II, Phase IV, Final Subdivision Plan of
Meadowview Estates, said Plan being recorded in the Cumberland County
Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 78, Page 147.
ALSO being designated as Tax Parcel No. 42-28-2417-175
NowtiIE~EFORE, Tills AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of
