AND NOW comes the Plaintiff, ROJO Ventures, a limited liability partnership, with principal
business address of 6014 Whitney Court, Landenberg, Pennsylvania, by and through JOlja N. Osborne,
one of its principals, who files the following complaint:
l, Plaintiff is RQJO Ventures, a limited liability partnership, with principal business address of
6014 Whitney Court, Landenberg, Pennsylvania,
2, Defendants are Wesley Fry and Tammy Fry, husband and wife, presently residing at 135 East
Creek Road, Newburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
3, Plaintiff is the owner of a mobile home park known as "Town Mills Mobile Home Park" which
is located in Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
4, Defendants previously rented Lot #17 within said Town Mills Mobile Home Park from the
Plaintiff on an oral month-to-month basis at a monthly rental of Two Hundred Ten Dollars
($210,00) per month from January I, 1998 until March, 2001.
5, Defendants vacated the premises and removed their mobile home during the end of March, 2001.
6. Defendants have failed to pay the agreed upon rental of Two Hundred Ten Dollars ($210.00) per
month for the months of February and March, 2001.
7, Plaintiff has made repeated demands for the unpaid rental in question to the Defendants but to no
avaiL

8, Plaintiff has obtained a judgment from Magisterial District Court #09-3-01 in the amount of Five
Hundred Thirteen Dollars and Fifty-seven Cents ($513,57) filed to LT-0000047-01 which has
now been appealed by the Defendants,
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendants in the amount of Five Hundred
Thirteen Dollars and Fifty-seven Cents ($513.57) plus interest, attorneys fees, and any additional costs
of suit calculated as follows:
