Plaintiff, Motor Truck Equipment Company (hereinafter, "Motor Truck"), is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Cornrnonwealth of Pennsylvania, having a principal place of business located at 198 Kost Road, Silver Spring Township, Carlisle, Cumberland Connty, Pennsylvania 17013-0922. 2. Defendants David Carlo and Doris Carlo are both adult individuals tla D Carlo Trucking (hereinafter, "D Carlo") trading said business at RR 1, Box 1053, Carbondale, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. . On or about March 5, 1999, D Carlo contracted with Motor Truck to repair D Carlo's 1984 Peterbuilt truck. Said repairs were to be performed at Motor Truck's Dunmore facility located at 1250 O'Neill Highway, Dunmore, Pennsylvania 18512. In consideration of the substantial amount of work that would be required, D Carlo Trucking did give to Motor Truck, for safekeeping, the Certificate of Title for said vehicle. A true and correct copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof by reference thereto. 4. Pursuant to said authorization from David Carlo, on behalf of David and Doris Carlo, t/a D Carlo Trucking, Motor Truck did perform substantial repairs and equipment replacements to said truck. A service order setting forth this specific work is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B", and made a part hereof by reference thereto. 5. The work was completed several rnonths thereafter, or on or about September 8,1999, at which tirne Motor Truck requested payment therefor in the amount of $11,644.55. 6. Motor Truck performed all of its work in a competent, complete and workmanlike manner. 7.
