The Plaintiff is, Bennetton Sportsystem USA, Inc., fi'kla Prince Sports Group, a New Jersey corporation, in the state of New Jersey, that is authorized to do business in the state of Pennsylvania whose principal address is One Sports System Plaza, Bordentown, New Jersey 08505- 9630. 2, The Defendants are, David Gonder and Lee Gonder, believed to be brothers, believed to be owner.operators of World Cup Ski & Cycle individually, and d/b/a World Cup Ski & Cycle, whose principal address is 4500 Gettysburg Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055, 3, Beginning on or about October 14, 1999 and ending on or about December 10, f!._JiL"". ,. The Defendants accepted the goods of the Plaintiff as being acceptable and in the ordinary course of business with an express or implied promise to pay therefor, 5, The Plaintiff maintained books of account, keeping an accurate running account of all debits and credits for the services provided to the Defendants, 6, The Defendants owe the Plaintiff the amount of$3,887,56 plus interest at the legal rate of 6% per annum ($311.02 as of 4/23/0 1) on the past due balance on said account as shown by statement of account, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "An and incorporated herein by reference, 7, Demand for payment on this account has been made on 10/24/2000, In spite of this demand, the Defendants have refused to pay said balance of$3,887.56 plus interest at 6 percent per annum, 'i'~:r.
