Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin at the northwest corner of Lot 12; thence
with Lot 12 South 50 degrees 55 minutes 25 seconds East 497.76 feet to
an iron pin; thence with Lot 15 and Lot 4 through an existing iron pin
on line South 39 degrees 04 minutes 35 seconds West 370.05 feet to an
iron pin; thence with Lot 14 North 50 degrees 55 minutes 25 seconds
West 200.00 feet to an iron pin; thence with the same North 26 degrees
02 minutes 06 seconds West 258.68 feet to an iron pin; thence with a
50 foot right-of-way which is part of Lot 14 North 25 degrees 29
minutes 39 seconds East 268.70 feet to an iron pin, the place of
BEGINNING.
