Brend.\ L. Ehlman of 94 Ashford Drive. Enola, P A 17025, hereinafter collectively referred
to as "DEBTOR", after May 1,2001, docs promise to pay to the order of Robert B. Greene and
Peggy L, Greene, P. O. Box 295, New Kingstown, PA 17072.02295, $7,000.00 without
defalcation, value received, with interest fromS/1I01 at the rate of Seven (7;00%) per cent, per
annum, pal"lble monthly in the amount of $313.41. And further DEBTOR does hereby authorize
and empower any Attorney of any Court of Records of Pennsylvania, or elsewhere, to appear for
and to enter Judgment against DEBTOR for the above sum, with or without declaration, with costs
of SUil, release of errors, without stay of execution, and with five per cent. added far coUecting fees;
and DEBTOR also waives th,e right of inquisition on any real estate that may be levied upon to
coUect this note, and does hereby yollintarHy condemn the same and authorize the Prothonotary to
enler upon the FI, FA. DEBTOR's said voluntary condemnation. and DEBTOR further agrees said
estate may be sold on a FI. FA., and does hereby waive and release all relief from any and all
appraisement, stay or exemption laws of any State, now in force, or hereafter to be passed.
DEBTOR hereby certifjeSlbat DEBTOR'S .annual income is in excess $10,000,00 and fully
understands the tenus and conditions of this Note,
