Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
I
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owner of the property against which this claim is filed is Joanne Brown with an
address at the following:
783 Longs Gap Road
Carlisle, PA 17013

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. 97101 et seq.

This lien is claimed against the above described property for past due sewer service in the
amount of $261.42.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from May 1,2001 and costs of filing are also
claimed.

Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in
accordance with a survey and Plan thereof made by Thomas A. Neff,
Registered Surveyor, dated December 20, 1973, as follows,-
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of Long's Gap Road,
Pennsylvania, Legislative Route No. 21072, said point being 120
feet South of the Southern line of Hi11cresc Avenue; thence extending
along land of Wayne Caleman, being LoC No. 12 on che hereinafter
mencioll"d pia,j of lots :lort:j 72 dcCr.ee~ 30 minutes East 160 feet to
a point in line of land of Robert Carpenter; thence aloug said land
South 17 degrees 30 minutes East 60 feet to a corner of land of James
Eberly; thence along said land being Loc No. 14 on said Plan, South
72 degrees 30 minutes West 160 feec to a point in the center line of
Long's'Gap Road aforesaid; thence along said center line North 17
degrees 30 minutes West 60 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING LOT NO. 13 on a plan of lots laid out by Amos D. Keck which
sa~d plan is recorded in Plan Book 4, Page 52, Cumberland County
records.
HAVIriG thereon erected a one sCory frame dwelling.
BEING the same premises which George R. Meister and Nellie E. Meister
