WHEREAS. S&A Custom Built Homes, Incentered into' a contract with
William D. Cobb and R. Bonnlyn Cobb to
provide materials and/or perform labor necessary for the conscruction and

NOY. THEREFORE. it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and be~Neen the said
parties. as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor o~
materialman. nor any other person furnishing labor or materials ~o the saia
contractor under this contract: shall file a lien. commonly called a.mechanic's
lien. {or work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part:
