for unpaid sewer, water and trash services rendered from June 22, 2000 through March 22, 2001,
Said services were rendered pursuant to the Borough Code of Ordinances, Chapters XVIII, Part
2, XXIV, Part 2 and IX, Part 1, as amended and applicable rate resolutions of the Mount Holly
Springs Borough Authority.
Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and
the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owner's account
with the Borough of Mount Holly Springs, which sum of$15,228,95 for the above period was
duly assessed against the above Owner and premises beginning June 22, 2000 and for which
sum, which includes interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises in
