WHEREAS, John W. Gleim, Jr., Inc. of90 Stove Drive, Carlisle,PA (hereinatler called
"Contractor"), has executed an agreement ("Comract") to erect, COJIStrUet, alter or repair
improvements (the "WOtk") upon the properlY ("Property") of PRESTON V, BRANDT and
SHARON L. BRANDT (hereinafter called C'Owners") located at Lot 2, South Middleton ToWDShip,
Cumbetland Coll!\ty, Pennsylvania (the Property heiDg more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
annexed hereto),
WHEREAS, as pari of the Contract, Contractor agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
Property or any build41g or improvements 1hetoon by itself or by any s~ntI:~r Qr tnlltcrialman
or any other person furnishing labot or materials under the Conttact, and agreed to execute and
deli"er a Stipulation Against Mechanics' Liens for filing.
NOW,TBEREFORE, in consideration of the execution Qf the CotItraCt, COJ1tr8l:tor,
intending to be legally bound hereby, for Contractor, for an subcoJ1ttactors of ContraCtor, and for all
patties acting for, through or lIJIder Contractor or any subcontractor, covenants and agrees that no
mechanics' lien or claim sball be tiled or lIUIintainedby Contractor or lItly such subcOIJtractOr or
party, against any part .of thc Property or any bOOding or improvements thereon. for or on accOll!\t
of any labor or materials furnished or any work done under the Contract. or in or ~ut the erection,
construction, installation or completion of the work; and Contractor, for Contractor, for any and all
subcontractors and for any and all parties acting for, through or under Contractor or any
subcontractor, hereby waives and relinquishes the right to have, flit or main1llin any mechanics' liell
or claim against any pari of the Property or any building or improvements thereon.

Contractor I1ereby warrants and represents that at the lime of the execution hereof, no work
of anykiDd has been done and no labor or materials have been furnished by Contractor, or by any
subcontractor of Contractor, or by any person acting for, through or WIder Contractor or any
subconlractor in the performance of the Contract, in or about the completion of the construction of
the Work.
This Stipulation Against Mechanics' Liens is made by Contractor and intended to be filed in
accordance with the requirements of the (Pennsylvania) Mechanics' Lien Law of 1963, as amended
and supplemented, with the ProthonotalY of the Court of Common Pleas of the County in which the
Froperty is lOcated.
Each of the terms, provisions, covenants and conditions of Ibis Waiver shall, as the ease l11tly
be, be binding upon. and inure to the benefit of Owners, Conlractor, each subconlractor ofConlractor,
and each party acting fOr, through()r under contractor or $uch subcontractor, and the respective heirs,
executors, :idministrators, successors and assigns of each and any of them.
