Owner, wherebytheform'er unde~took and agreed to erect and construct an acldition and perform alterations
to Owner's industrial/commercial building
on that certain lot of groun~~~ more
particularly bounded and described in a certain legal description attached hereto
marked "Exhibit " and incorporated herein by reference thereto.
NOW THEREFORlj:, THIS. AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of
the sum of($1.00) Dollar to It in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereofis hereby
acknowledged. and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through Or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant
thereto for or on account of any work f/-one or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in. or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have. file, and maintain' any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of
them, and agree that this instrument, wai'l}ing the right of lien. shall be an independent covenant.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract ofland situate in Middlesex Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of Claremont Road, L.R. 21066, at comer of
lands of Hart co Printing Company, thence along said center line, South 62 degrees 35 minutes 30
seconds West 209.78 feet to a P.K. nail set; thence through an iron pin set on the dedicated right-
of-way line of L.R. 21066 and along lands now or formerly of John E. and Maureen Mumma and
Donald A. Comp, North 27 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds West 371.72 feet to an existing iron
pin; thence along lands now or formerly of Cumberland Recycling, Inc., also known as Lot No.8
on said Plan, North 53 degrees 30 minutes East 264.99 feet to an iron pin set; thence by lands
now or formerly of York County Industrial Development Authority, South 36 degrees 30
minutes 00 seconds East 213,62 feet to an iron pin; thence by lands now or formerly of Hartco
Printing Co., Inc., and through an iron pin set on the dedicated right-of-way line ofL.R. 21066,
