STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, The McNaughton Company, a Pennsylvania Corporation, of Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Womex, Inc. of
Grantham, Pennsylvania, for the erection of site improvements upon a tract of land situate as
follows:
Good Hope Farms South - Phases VI and VII - Final Subdivision Plans prepared by
Hartman & Associates, Inc. - Plans dated November 26,2000, last revised January 26,2001 -
Plans to be recorded in the Office ofthe Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
containing thereon thirteen (13) single family dwelling lots in Phase VI and seventeen (17) single
family dwelling lots in Phase VII.
NOW, April 23, 2001, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said The McNaughton
Company, a Pennsylvania Corporation, Legal Owner, to the said Womex, Inc. to commence
work on the said tract of land, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making
of the said contract with Womex, Inc. and further consideration of One dollar ($1.00) to Womex,
Inc. paid by The McNaughton Company, a Pennsylvania Corporation, Legal Owner, it is agreed
that no lien shall be filed against the land or any buildings constructed thereon by the Contractor,
or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the construction of said
improvements, the rights to file such liens being expressly waived,
