STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Joseph J. Katkocin is about to execute contemporaneously
herewith, a contract with KA TKO, INC., a Pennsylvania Corporation of Pennsylvania, for
the erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN parcel of land situate in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described to wit:
BEGINNING on the southeastern right-of-way line of Wallingford Road at
the common front property corner of Lot No. 205 and Lot No. 206 as shown on the
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said right-of-way line by a curve having
a radius of 150.00 feet and an arc length of 121.96 feet to a point at the dividing line
between Lot No. 204 and Lot No. 205; thence along said dividing line North 68 degrees
53 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 153.10 feet to a point; thence South 21 degrees
06 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 21 0.06 feet to a point; thence South 61 degrees
10 minutes 15 seconds West, a distance of 118.01 feet to a point at the dividing line
between Lot No. 205 and Lot No. 206; thence along said dividing line North 56 degrees
29 minutes 34 seconds West, a distance of 143.46 feet to a point, said point being the
Place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 205 on the Plan of Lots of Hampden Hearth Final Plan Phase
III, recorded in Plan Book 62, Page 139, Cumberland County Courthouse.
NOW, the '1':2>.4- day of February, 2001, at the time of an~ immediately
before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by
the said Joseph J. Katkocin to the said KATKO, INC., a Pennsylvania Corporation to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration
of die making of the said contract with KA TKO, INC., a Pennsylvania Corporation and the
further consideration of One Dollar, to KA TKO, INC., a Pennsylvania Corporation paid by

Joseph J. Katkocin, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the
contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other
person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the
erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hand and seals the day and year aforesaid.
