STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, CHRISTOPHER M. BELIEU, of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, is
about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with HOME DESIGNS
UNLIMITED of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a dwelling upon a
lot of land situate as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in South Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and more particularly identified as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin in the southern right-of-way line of Shirley Lane
at the northeast corner of Lot No, 49 on the above mentioned Final Subdivision Plan;
thence by the southern right-of-way line of said Shirley Lane, North 84 degrees 48 minutes
32 seconds East 101.775 feet to an iron pin at the northwest corner of Lot No, 47 of the
above mentioned Final Subdivision Plan; thence by said Lot No, 47, South 05 degrees 31
minutes 33 seconds West 150.01 feet to an iron pin in line of Lot No. 53 on the above
mentioned Final Subdivision Plan; thence by said Lot No, 53, South 84 degrees 48 minutes
32 seconds West, 101.775 feet to an iron pin at the southeast corner of said Lot No, 49;
thence by said Lot No. 49 North 05 degrees 31 minutes 33 seconds East, 150.Q1 feet to an
iron pin in the southern right-of-way line of said Shirley Lane, the Place of BEGINNING,
BEING Lot No. 48 on the Final Subdivision Plan of Indian Hills, Section I,
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania in Plan Book 67, Page 36,
CONTAINING 15,001,19 square feet.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS to the storm drainage easement as
noted on the above mentioned Final Subdivision Plan.

UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to the conditions, restrictions and
easements as noted on the hereinabove mentioned Final Subdivision Plan; AND SUBJECT,
FURTHER to the Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and
Reservations for said Final Subdivision Plan dated December 3, 1993, and recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds, aforesaid, in Miscellaneous Book 460, Page 698, and
other restrictions of prior record.
NOW, the \ ~ day of May, 2001, at the time of and immediately
before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by
the said CHRISTOPHER M. BELlEU, to the said HOME DESIGNS UNLIMITED to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration
of the making of the said contract with HOME DESIGNS UNLIMITED and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to HOME DESIGNS UNLIMITED paid by CHRISTOPHER M.
BELlEU, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any
. sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said
building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
