WAIVER OF LIENS
WHEREAS, Daniel C. Tigyer and Julie F. Tigyer, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, entered into a
contract with Haubert Homes, Inc., of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to provide materials and perform
labor necessary for completion of a residential dwelling situate upon lot of ground located:
Lot 22 Springfield Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257, North Newtown Township, Cumberland County,
PENNSYLVANIA, as more particularly set forth in Exhibit" A" attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
contract and for the consideration'ilwreL."l set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor under this contract shall
file a lien for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in
accordance with the requirements of the Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and seals this 24th day of May,
2001.

AL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in NORTH NEWTON TOWNSHIP, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point, a Parker Kalon nail, in the centerline of Springfield Road (T-333), at the dividing line of Lots Nos. 17 and
22, as shown on Subdivision Plan for Jeungyen K. Van Scyoc filed July 15, 1993 in Cumberland County Plan Book 66, Page 78;
thence along aforesaid Lot No. 17, North forty-three (43) degrees forty (40) minutes nineteen (19) seconds West, six hundred twenty-
five and no hundredths (625,00) feet to an iron pin (passing through an iron pin on line set twenty-five (25,00) feet from the Parker
Kalon nail in the centerline of Springfield Road): thence along the aforesaid Lot No, 17 and a portion of lot No. 16, South forty-five
(45)degrees fifty (50) minutes twenty (20) seconds West, two hundred twenty-five and no hundredths (225,00) feet to an iron pin;
thence along Lot No. 21, North forty-three (43) degrees forty (400 minutes nineteen (19) seconds West, three hundred twenty-nine
and fifty-two hundredths (329.52) feet to an iron pin; thence along lands now or formerly of Reuben M. Zimmerman, North forty-two
(42) degrees fJity-seven (57) minutes forty-two (42) seconds East, two hundred seventy-five and forty-seven hundredths (275.47) feet
to an iron pin; thence continuing along lands now or formerly of Reuben M, Zimmerman, South forty-three (43) degrees forty (40)

centerline of Springfield Road (T-333) (passing through a pin on line set twenty-five and no hundredths (25,00) feet form the
aforesaid Parker Kalon nail); thence over the centerline of the aforesaid Springfield Road (T-333), South forty-five (45) degrees fifty
(50) minutes twenty (20) seconds West, fJity and no hundredths (50,00) feet to a Parker Kalon nail, the point and place of

BEING the same premises which Jeffrey J. ilgenfritz and Minnie H, ilgenfritz, Husband and wife, by Deed dated the 7th dsy of
December, 1999, and recorded at Cumberland County in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for the County of Cumberland,
on the 7th day of December, 1999, in Record Book 212, Page 806, granted and conveyed unto Daniel C, Tigyer and Julie F. Tigyer,
Husband and wife,
