sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Cumberland-
Franklin Joint Municipal Authority, a municipality authority corporation of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the Counties of Cumberland and Franklin
and organized pursuant to ordinances of the various townships creating CF JMA.

The name or names of the owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the
property which this claim is filed is Jee S KIM and Kyung H KIM, his wife.

A description of the property know and numbered as 39 Richard Avenue,
Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, against which it is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal

hereby acknowledged, the said Grantors hereby grant and
convey in fee simple, to said Grantees, their heirs and
assigns as tenants by entireties,
ALL that real estate together with improvements thereon '1

Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows:
