hereby files its claim for $490.30 against the real estate hereinafter described and
sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Cumberland-
Franklin Joint Municipal Authority, a municipality authority corporation of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the Counties of Cumberland and Franklin
and organized pursuant to ordinances of the various townships creating CF JMA.

The name or names of the owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the
property which this claim is filed is George DEIHL and Reshendalene L DEIHL, his wife.

A description of the property know and numbered as 634 Walnut Bottom Road,
Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, against which it is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal
Claims and Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 5207, as amended and supplemented, 53
P.S. 551101, et seq.

Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said grantor does
hereby grant and convey to the said grantees, Iheir heirs and assigns.

Leesburg, in the Township of Southampton, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth
of pennsylvania on the South side of the Walnut Bottom Road, and bounded and limited
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the South side of the Walnut Bottom Road at corner of land
now or formerly of Glen Johnson; thence along lohnson-Iand in a,Southwardly direction
two hundred forty.seven and ooe--half (247 ~) feet to a twelve (12) foot alley; thence
Westwardly along said alley tifty.tive (55) feet to a comer of lot now owned by the party
of the first part; thence in a Northwardly direction along land of the party of the first part
one hundred seventy-five (175) feet to a comer of a garage; thence in an Eastwardly
direction sixteen (16) feet to an iron pin; thence in a Northwardly direction by land
retained by the party of the first part seventy-two and one-half (72 Yi) feet to the South
side of the Walnut Bottom Road; thence in an Eastwardly direction along the South side
of the Walnut Bottom Road thirty~nine (39) feet to the place ofBEGINNlNG.
TOGETHER with an easement to obtain water from the well on property retained' by
Ruth P. Wilson as long as said property is owned by Ruth P. Wilson and an easement for
