MUNICIPAL LIEN Thomas K MYERS, Jr, and Quenna R MYERS, his wife, Defendants MUNICIPAL LIEN STATEMENT OF CLAIM 1- Cumberland-Franklin Joint Municipal Authority, Cumberland and Franklin Counties, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its Solicitor, FOREST N MYERS, Esq., hereby files its claim for $2,378.15 against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows: The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Cumberland- Franklin Joint Municipal Authority, a municipality authority corporation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the Counties of Cumberland and Franklin and organized pursuant to ordinances of the various townships creating CFJMA. -2- The name or names of the owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property which this claim is filed is Thomas K MYERS, Jr. and Quenna R MYERS, his wife. 3- A description of the property know and numbered as 257 Neil Road, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, against which it is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". -4- The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. §207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 551101, et seq. 5- This lien is claimed against the above-described property as follows: Sewer Service Account: 01544 Total Amount Due to Date: $2,378.15 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from t4lr?-y 1-4 . 2001.
