hereby files its claim for $1,713.25 against the real estate hereinafter described and
sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Cumberland-
Franklin Joint Municipal Authority, a municipality authority corporation of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the Counties of Cumberland and Franklin
and organized pursuant to ordinances of the various townships creating CF JMA.

The name or names of the owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the
property which this claim is filed is Troy BIGLER.

A description of the property know and numbered as 542 Jonathon Street,
Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, against which it is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal
Claims and Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. !i207, as amended and supplemented, 53
P.S. !i51101, et seq.

located in the Township of Southampton, County of Franklin, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin at the corner of Lot No. 134; South 49 degree 05 minutes 29
seconds East, 90.00 feet to a set iron pin at the corner of Lot No. 134; thence along the
north side of Jonathan Street, South 40 degrees 54 minutes 31 seconds West, 97.00 feet
to a set iron pin at the corner of Lot No. 132; thence North 49 degrees 05 minutes 29
seconds West, 90.00 feel to a set iron set at the corner of Lot No. 132; thence North 40
degrees 54 minutes 31 seconds East, 97.00 feet to a set iron pin at the corner of Lot No.
134, the place of Beginning
CONTAINING 8,730 square feet or 0.2004 acres, more or less, and
BEING designated at Lot No. 133, as shown on the Final Plan of a subdivision known as
Apple Hill Phase I prepared by Thomas M. Englerth Surveying dated March 15, 1993, for

With a Mobile Home situate thereon which is subject to a separate Certificate of
