ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, known as 1122 Fernwood Avenue, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011, and more particularly
bounded and described in Cumberland County Deed Book 236, Page 719, et seq.

adopted February 3, 1983. This lien is filed in strict compliance with said Resolutions, and the Municipal
Claims Act of 1923, May 16, P.L. 207, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et se__q.
