STIPUI-ATION AGAINST LIENS

WITNESSETH THAT:
The Contractor by instrument dated s ingle family dwelling
entered into an Agreement with the Owner for the erection and construction of a
Lot 2A, Beard Road, Eno!a, SLiver Spring Townsi~:,.p,
, situated on
Cumberland County as described on the attached Exhlb_it "A"
AND WHEREAS, the Contractor has covenanted and agreed therein to enter into an adaitional agreement
with the Owner stipulating that no lien or liens of any kin0 shall be filed against the above building or the
appurtenances thereto.
NOW, THIS AGREEMENT %ITNESSETH, that the Contractor, for and in consideration ot the awarding to him
of the said contract as for the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by the Owner, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowled[led, promises and agrees that no MechaniCs Lien or liens shall oe filed against
the aforesaid building or the appurtenances thereto by ~my subcontractor, subcontraclors, materialman,
mechanics, laborers or ~.,~yon~ for materials .furnished, work done or sewices rendered of any kind
whatsoever, for or about, or on account of the aforesaid building or on the credit thereof.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in Silver Spring Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows,
to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern dedicated right-of-way line of Beard
Road (T-598), on the southem line of land n/I Audrey M. Heckert; THENCE
along the southern line of said Heckert land South 87 degrees 24 minutes
00 seconds East, a distance of 249.00 feet to a point at the southeast
comer of said Heckert land; THENCE along the eastern line of land n/f
Audrey M. Heckert North 02 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds East, a
distance of 100.00 feet to a point at the southwest corner of land n/I

BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Ruth M. Silcox, by deed dated March 7,
2003, and intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds of Cumberland County, granted and conveyed unto Jonathan D. Silcox, Mortgagor
herein.
