SiLcox dayOf April, Builders, %nc. 2003 hereinafter called the Contractor, hereinafter called the Owner. WITNESSETH THAT: The Contractor by instrument dated s ingle family dwelling entered into an Agreement with the Owner for the erection and construction of a Lot 2A, Beard Road, Eno!a, SLiver Spring Townsi~:,.p, , situated on Cumberland County as described on the attached Exhlb_it "A" AND WHEREAS, the Contractor has covenanted and agreed therein to enter into an adaitional agreement with the Owner stipulating that no lien or liens of any kin0 shall be filed against the above building or the appurtenances thereto. NOW, THIS AGREEMENT %ITNESSETH, that the Contractor, for and in consideration ot the awarding to him of the said contract as for the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by the Owner, the receipt of which is hereby acknowled[led, promises and agrees that no MechaniCs Lien or liens shall oe filed against the aforesaid building or the appurtenances thereto by ~my subcontractor, subcontraclors, materialman, mechanics, laborers or ~.,~yon~ for materials .furnished, work done or sewices rendered of any kind whatsoever, for or about, or on account of the aforesaid building or on the credit thereof. tN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year aforesaid. Heckert, being the point and place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 2.5207 acres, more or less. BEING Lot 2A, Final Subdivision Plan for Ruth M. Silcox Lots 2 and 2A, dated June 10, 2002, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 86, Page 102. BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Ruth M. Silcox, by deed dated March 7, 2003, and intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, granted and conveyed unto Jonathan D. Silcox, Mortgagor herein.
