STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this ~F,I1~ day of May, 2001
by and between Keith McNaughton trading as Keith McNaughton General
Contracting and Modular Home Sales
hereinafter called the Contractor,
AND
Matthew Stover and Renee Stover husband and wife
hereinafter called the Owner.
WITNESSETH THAT:
The Contractor by instrument dated March 3, 2001
entered into an Agreement with the Owner for the erection and construction of a manufactured home
,situatedon 34 Cold Springs Road, Dickinson Township, Cumberland County
as more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
AND WHEREAS, the Contractor has covenanted and agreed therein to enter into an additional agreement
with the Owner stipulating that no lien or liens of any kind shall be filed against the above building or the
appurtenances thereto.
NOW, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, that the Contractor, for and in consideration of the awarding to him
of the said contract as for the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by the Owner. the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, promises and agrees that no Mechanic's Lien or liens shall be filed against
the aforesaid building or the appurtenances thereto by any subcontractor, subcontractors, materialmen,
mechanics, laborers or anyone for materials furnished, work done or services rendered of any kind
whatsoever, for or about, or on account of the aforesaid building or on the credit thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract otland situate in Dickinson Towpship, Cumberland County,
Penmylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNlNG at a point on the western dedicated right-of-way line of Cold Spring Road (1"-
356) at the dividing line between Lots 1 and 2 on the hereinafter mentioned Subdivision PIan;
thence along said dividing line, South 76 degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds West, 494.80 fret to a
point; Ihence along the dividing line between LDts 2 and 16 on said Plan, North 13 degrees 10
minutes 30 seconds West, 150.00 feet 10 a point; thence along the dividing line between LDts 2 and
3 on said Plan, North 76 degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds East, 521.09 feet 10 a point on the western
dedicated right-of-way line of Cold Spring Road; thence along said right-of-way line, South 03
degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds East, 152.29 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1.749 acres, exclusive of dedicated right-of-way.
BEING further described as Lot No. 2 on the Final Plan of Major Subdivision for Cold
Springs Meadows prepared by Rodney Lee Decker, R.S. dated June 5, 1989 and recorded in
Cumberland County Plan Book 59, Page 128.
